As Seth walked outside he felt his hand grabbed and then dragged faster by Takei. Trying to keep up, and barely tripping over things as he was dragged, he tried to get through to his friend.
"Ah, eh! Um, Takei-ouch!- which store or whatever-ah!-are we going to?" Really, Takei seemed to be so hasty and stubborn. Reasoning didn't seem to get to him and as he witnessed before he was one to jump to insults. Some people are just like that he guessed. For Seth although, he seemed to be the exact opposite of his red-haired friend in every way. Shy, quiet, non-aggressive, fragile, needy, and just kept his feelings to himself. As sweet as that sounds, it doesn't really attract friends, as people go for the more stubborn outgoing ones. Seth wished he could be like that.
Running along, still being dragged, Seth thought things over for a second in his head before he let Takei respond to his previous question.
"Wait, what about the rekarts? What if they find us while we're shopping?"
"We're going to Publix, my friend will be there.", Takei mumbled, his eyes shifting away. "Besides, I need to talk to you."
Like a snap in his brain, he switched personalities. "We have to get away from those bums, or they'll bore us to death with memories of their past. And I don't have any, so I don't wanna partake in that!", he smiled cheerfully, loosening the grip.
"Pfft, I doubt the rekarts'll find us. Besides, if they do, you have your powers, and I have my fists.", he mumbled, without noting that he was horrible at fighting.
Letting go completely, he faced Seth. "Thank you for coming with me, Seth. I have no confidence now that I know about the Rekarts. Well, atleast I don't.", he waved a finger, giggling slightly. Continuing to walk, he grinned slightly.
"Its just ahead.", he murmured, blinking slightly. Unlike his 'other', he was extremely clumbsy, and childish. Like he was before his parents were killed.
Seth blushed as he walked with Takei. He felt so flattered, ut somehow he felt that Takei overestimated him. The white-haired boy, even with his powers, was weak and unable to fight for himself, lest for others. If the Rekarts did come, Takei had a better chance of fighting them even without his powers. Sighing, Seth continued forward even though.
Smiling, Seth glanced at his friend. Takei really made him feel useful, for once in his life. It was so nice. But then, he remembered hearing Takei just say things about ditching everyone. The smile turned into a frown and the water elemental stopped his friend.
"Hey wait, I don't think that's a good idea. Even if they do...annoy us, as you say, I don't think we should leave them. We need their help, and as much as I am a water elemental, I am not very good with my powers. So....Think it over, please?" Seth gave a hopeful stare, hoping that his friend would think it over like he said.
Takei looked over at Seth. "What're you talking about?", he tilted his head slightly. "I only said that I wanted to get away from them for a while. And there's no point in waiting for that Dorian guy to get his powers back while they talk about their pasts." He smiled cheerfully once more, following the cracks on the road, giggling childishly.
"Well, I guess I'm the type to try to save, but end up being saved instead, if we encounter trouble.", he murmured, twirling his finger, losing balance as he walked, nearly falling. "For one thing, I don't have a fighting weight, or height," he began, "And I don't know how to."
He glanced up at the sky, putting his hands behind his head. "Still, I highly doubt we'll encounter any rekarts. Let lightning strike me if I'm lying, okay?" Takei looked amused at this, his hair moving into his blue eye, to cover it. Fixing his snow cap, he looks back forward, and continued to stroll toward the supermarket.
The small boy sighed, twiddling his fingers together. Big blue eyes gazed up at the sky lazily, moving forward a bit slowly now.
"Oh alright, I guess I was overreacting...like always..." He felt as if an awkward was about silence to come on, and decided to change the subject. Moving closer to Takei, he smiled goofily, almost tripping as he walked.
"Sooo, what exactly are we getting again? I don't really remember." Seth gave a nervous laugh, putting his hand behind his head. Really, the guy was so forgetful. He never even remembered his own birthday, but maybe that's just because he never celebrated it before. No one did for him. Looking back ahead of him, he spotted a large building. Getting closer, his eyes scrolled across the big red text that was painted on a sign hanging over the doors. Supermarket, ah, this must be the place.
"Um, Takei, is this it? I think we're here."
Takei walked quietly, as if he was zoning out, noth even paying attention to Seth, or his first statement. Looking downward, he murmured to himself in conversation, before becoming silent again.
Flinching rapidly, a headache came on, making him hold his head. In fact, he ignored Seth's question, looking away a bit. He nodded a bit, as if he was actually listening, before snapping back into 'reality'.
"Huh? What? Oh! Yes, we're here.", he smiled awkwardly, pressing his hands to his chest. Now that he was paying attention, he looked forward, finding himself in a clumbsy situation.
Takei had collided straight into a pole, causing him sot fall onto his ass, and whimper in pain. "Ow, that hurt.", he complained, picking himself up. "Sorry, I guess I wasn't paying much.. attention."
Rubbing the back of his head, his face was flushed in a deep red. But, his expression was unreadable, and blank. "'It is only a tiny rosebud, a flower Of God's design; But I cannot unfold the petals, with these clumbsy hands of mine.'", he smiled softly, reciting it with perfection. With that, he begun to walk forward again.

Dorian watched both Ara and Thius curiously as they all left the house. It seemed as though the Mentis was the one out of the three of them who was the least helpful, seeing as though Ara almost burned the door and Thius had some sort of shadow creature in his palm. And even better, it seemed as though one was happy with the darkness, and the other was a bit afraid of it. Two opposites, but nonetheless, both were stronger than Dorian was.
He begged to god that the Rekarts wouldn't be there when they arrived at the supermarket.
They had quickly gotten outside, and Dorian quickly saw that it was almost pitch black out, the only light being the light from streetlamps or from houses on the street. Besides that, it was pretty dark out, making the painter a bit worried. If they really did run into the Rekarts, who's to say that they would have more than one person with them? They'd at least try to bring maybe one or two more people with them, since Ara and Dorian had previously (narrowly) escaped before, and that was with only a human and a Shapeshifter! If they brought more, like another Elemental or a Nightmare or something like that, they'd be in a lot of trouble.
But no, they'd be fine! They'd have to be, right? Besides, they had two Elementals, a Shade, a Mentis, and... Takei... well, now that Dorian had his power back, he could probably figure out what Takei was before he lost his memory. That'd be good, especially if he was something powerful like a Super, or a Ghost, or a... well, you understand. Just something that was powerful and could easily beat the Government's asses!
As he was contemplating this, he looked up ahead to see the scene of the crime itself. "There it is, Publix," Dorian said, glancing up ahead to the supermarket a few blocks ahead. "Hopefully those two or already done with their shopping."

Walking to the supermarket seemed to be one of the longest experiences of her life. Ara had to make sure to keep clear of anything, include Dorian and Thius so she didn’t burn them. Also now that she was powered up her emotions would have more of a say in what happened, so staying calm was a must. She really wished that she could just close herself off from the darkness and everything it held in its depths. There was no forgiveness in it, just deep, dark mysterious night.
She kept her hands in her pockets, concentrating on her steps. It had been a long time since she had fought with the Rekarts, planned anyway. There was, of course, that constant danger of running into them whenever she was out and about, but it had been a while since she had gone out and had prepared to meet them. The thought was mind boggling and she took a deep breath, looking over at Thius. He seemed to be content wish his shadows and she watched with respect and curiosity. She was always amazed by what other people could do with their gifts, how it became who they were. Her eyes traveled to Dorian and she studied him for a moment. Sometimes she wondered what it was like to be a mentis, to be able to read people so easily. Did he read her mind all the time, or just occasionally, or not at all?
She let these thoughts disperse, though as Publix came into view and she stopped, relieved to see the people around. If there were people, the Rekarts wouldn’t dare make a move, at least she hoped they wouldn’t. Avoiding a person that got to close, she stood off a bit, looking at Dorian. “Let’s hope so.” And she was disappearing into the store through the automatic doors.
The sudden brightness caused her to blink a few times, taking her a second to adjust to the light. It was a relief though, and she quickly scanned the faces of people around her, still careful not to touch or get near anything or anyone. “Come on…” She said, trying and waiting for them to come into view, some way some how. “Please guys, be okay.”

Following the others, Thius kept to his own. Smug grin brazens his face being rather content about the late night stroll. Never the less he hadn't forgot about the real reason for the stroll. To find the others and see if those Rekart dicks caught them or something along those sorts.
Foddling around with his hands and the shadows he kept himself busy, not really minding what the others were doing. He really didn't care much about what was going on. All he wanted was to get whatever had to be done over with and hit some bar as soon as possible. Though that certainly wasn't going to happen anytime soon. Yawning lightly he disperses the shadows and rests both his hands behind his head. Opening his mouth he asks that irksome question. "Are we there yet?" Finally paying attention to his surroundings he realizes, they were standing right in front of the godforsaken store. Oh great.. a brightly lit store. The rebmevon thought, Thius was never fond of light or anything bright for that matter. "The lights should burst and cast this place into darkness.. in my opinion." He thought out loud as he shoves his way through the automatic doors and stares at everyone that glance their way. At that instant, Thius got a sudden uneasiness in the pit of his gut. I dislike this store..

Mounting his motorcycle once more, he slips his helmet and took a joy ride around the suburbs. However on his way back to the town, he spots three rather suspicious looking rebmevon walking out of an apartment complex.
"Interesting.. I wonder what they are up to.. especially at this time. Normally people around this time aren't up to much good." He tells himself as he slows down his speed and follows close behind them.
Slightly lifting up his visor Kain manages to get a scent in the drifting in the air. "Hmm.. rebmevon. I smell an elemental..erm.. fire user.. damn they sure have a strong scent. I can barely make out a Mentis.. and the other I can't smell. I guess I'll have to get closer." The man mutters to himself as he keeps his distance and trails them a little. He really didn't have much of a stalker complex, he was only curious to see what they were up to since their prowling sure seemed questionable. "They better not be Rekart. Otherwise I'll have my hands full this time." Kain snarls to himself as he comes to a stop and observes them.
A couple moments later, he watches them enter a store up ahead. "Meh, they could just be normal rebmevon that got hungry so they went to the store. Though I'm not convinced yet." The man continues to tell himself as he pulls up his visor completely. "So now what? Wait here for them.. or follow them in? I am feeling rather lazy. I'll just wait here."
Slipping on his sunglasses despite it still being dark, Kain parks his motorcycle and turns it off. Reaching into his pocket, the man pulls out a cigarette and pops it into his mouth. So sit here and wait. He thought as he leans on the steering wheel. Pulling out a golden lighter, he clicks the igniter twice before a flame flickers right in front of his cigarette bud. Taking a deep breath he inhales its' contains as he stares at the store's entrance. As he exhales he leans his head on his right hand. "This sure might take a while. Shit.. I hate waiting."
